Celebration "the privilege of Loazzolo" 1993

 OPENING OF THE FESTIVAL
"LOAZZOLO D.O.C. HARVEST TIME"

The event was attended by distinguished personalities in the field of gastronomy, culture and entertainment. Among these experts Luigi Veronelli, Carlin Petrini, Andreas Marz, Paolo Massobrio, Oddino Bo, Renzo Balbo Regional Agriculture and Alderman.

The program consisted of a technical meeting held in the village hall. Following lunch prepared by two renowned chefs such as Guido and Max Alciati Rigendiger.

In the afternoon in the historic halls of "Madama Manin" visitors participated in the tasting of wines paired with specialty Loazzolo of the most famous pastry chef of the Langhe, in the courtyards of the old country while they played the Masters of the Conservatory of Alessandria.
